PRODUCER SERVICES

• Bid out production to credit worthy companies and negotiate pricing.

• Manage nomination and scheduling process to mitigate imbalances with partners and pipelines.

• Provide daily and monthly avails to partners and buyers.

• Monitor actual production vs. allocated volume at each receipt point.

• Monitor Electronic Bulletin Boards with Pipelines regarding maintenance, shut-ins, Operational Flow Orders, gas quality, etc.

• Provide Oil and Gas Accrual which includes volume sold, sales price and total revenue generated.

• Check pricing/volumes on oil and gas invoices.

• Trade pipeline gas imbalances.

• Negotiate settlement of gas imbalances with partners.

• Maintain confirms and contract amendments.

• Notify producer when pipeline tariffs change.

• Review Plant Statements for accuracy.

• Analyze gas processing economics for alternative Gas Plants.

• Check Quality Bank Statements on oil sales for accuracy.

• Track Platt's gas daily prices and first of month index.

• Track Nymex settle oil prices, Roll, Platt’s and Argus trade differentials.
